2010: The Year In Review

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
My husbands. The things he has said about me and to me have been the most horrible things anyone has ever said.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Our apartment, bills and LG
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Going to Colorado to hang with family and spend time with my cousin Wendy.
16. What song will always remind you of 2010?
Marry Me by Train
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? in some ways happier, in others sadder
b) thinner or fatter? 5 lbs heavier
c) richer or poorer? Poorer. Totally broke.
18. What do you wish you’d done more of?
Laughed.
19. What do you wish you’d done less of?
Cried.
20. How did you spend Christmas?
Christmas morning alone. Christmas afternoon and evening with the sunshine of my world.
21. Did you fall in love in 2010?
Um, no!
22. What was your favorite TV program?
Glee!
23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
Pretty darn close.
24. What was the best book you read?
I'm not sure what the BEST book I read was, because I read 20+ books this year.
25. What was your greatest musical discovery?
That I love country music and I have missed all the years I couldn't listen to it.

It's Complicated
29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 36 this year. I spent the day with LG at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Pebble Beach.
30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Not being let down by friends.
31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2010?
Cheap.
32. What kept you sane?
Approximately 54, 879 text messages.
33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Reese Witherspoon, I love her!
34. What political issue stirred you the most?
Don't ask, don't tell. For me the issue is black and white: if you aren't professional enough to take orders from a queer, you're entirely unfit to represent my country....totally copied from Amanda!

My brother in laws.
36. Who was the best new person you met?
One of the moms in LG's class.

Believe in your gut feelings, they are probably right.

I'm gonna write about this soon.
2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't make them because I never keep them.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Several of my friends had baby's this year but the one I was closest too was Robyn and my sweetie Cooper.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No
5. What countries did you visit?
No countries but I did visit Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Michigan and Washington.
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
Confidence
7. What dates from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
September 16th. The day we filed for divorce.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Landing a job doing exactly what I wanted to be doing!
9. What was your biggest failure?
The divorce.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Just the general.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
A new bed!!!!

My mother in law and my parents, for different reasons. My mother in law for loving me through all of this hell. My parents for supporting me through all this hell. Of course they love me too!
